These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using gmailreadall.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
gmailreadall.com provides automated tools and micro-services that help users manage their Gmail inbox, including:
- reading emails
- bulk archiving
- bulk deleting
- organizing messages with one-click actions
The Service operates only after you explicitly authorize access to your Google account.
2. Google Authorization and Permissions
To function properly, the Service requires authorization through Google OAuth.
You grant access to our authorized Google Cloud application:
Mail Application for Gmail™
Requested permission:
- gmail.modify — allows reading, modifying, archiving, and deleting emails on your behalf
Access is granted only with your explicit consent.
The application has successfully completed:
- Cloud App Security Assessment (CASA)
- ESOF Cyber Score certification (9.7/10)
This means the application has undergone independent security testing.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- use the Service for illegal or abusive activities
- attempt to disrupt or overload the system
- misuse Google APIs or violate Google policies
- attempt unauthorized access to our systems
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your Google account
- reviewing actions before confirming bulk operations
- any actions performed using your authorization
Important: email deletion actions may be irreversible.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, and content of gmailreadall.com are the property of Netvolk Online Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
6. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability
- error-free operation
- continuous access
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netvolk Online Limited shall not be liable for:
- loss of emails or data
- unintended deletions or modifications
- service interruptions
- issues caused by Google services
- indirect or consequential damages
You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access in your Google Account security settings.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netvolk Online Limited and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Netvolk Online Limited operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
